These terms govern all bookings at our property (Maria’s Rooms). Please read carefully before completing your reservation.
Booking Process
- Reservations via website online form or by phone.
- Confirmation sent within 24 hours with payment instructions.
- 30% deposit required for confirmation (non-refundable after 48 hours).
Cancellation Policy
- Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival (100% refund).
- 3-6 days: 50% charge of total amount.
- Less than 3 days or no-show: 100% charge, loss of deposit.
Arrival & Departure
- Check-in: 14:00-24:00 (early +20€ subject to availability).
- Check-out: By 12:00 (late +30€ by arrangement).
- Key collection from reception or key-box.
Payment
- Balance due at check-in (cash, card, PayPal).
- Climate Resilience Fee not included in price.
House Rules
- No smoking (100€ fine).
- Maximum guests per room as per booking.
- Pets by approval (+10€/day).
- Quiet after 23:00.
Safety & Liability
- We are not responsible for lost personal items.
- Guests liable for damages (repair costs).
- Compliance with COVID-19 protocols mandatory.
